Strange neurologic disorder with severe and painful muscles spasm

I got this myoclonys problem after low back fusionand approximately 1 month after surgery I got myoclonus. They treat me with Klonopin alone and it really works well. Before Klonopin they tried ativan, xanax, and a few more pills like those. Then I was sent to a neurosurgeon and after MRI he gave me Klonopin and the relief was automatic stop 100% of myoclonus.
