Famine - A wheeled old man apparently with a lot of hunger and who can't even get up.

Pestilence - Doctor Research full of disgusting diseases.

War - A Businessman that just got his business destroyed.

Death - The big bad-ass who can kill anything or anyone. One of the only characters who Dean seem to shows some respect and fear. He who will reap even god.

So...who's the real BOSS? Death ofc.

Strongest in order and the reason why

#1-Death-Because 1 touch and he can kill people, and he's invincible.

#2-War-Because he is great at fighting and will destroy anything in his way, he also can make people slay each other.

#3-Pestilence-He can weaken people,sicken them and he can kill large masses by spreading his diseases

#4-Conquest-He is neutral, he brings Peace and he brings life.

I would say the powers match their arrival date, weakest being pestilence/conquest, then war, then famine - and famine opens the way for the strongest horseman; Death.
