I dont know formula, but when my max was around 145 kilos, I did 100x21...I dont think doing a rep-out will spoil your cycle. I used to rep out on every other bench-press training, just for fun, and it did no harm to my training mezo or macrocycle...

Its not that hard, it is just to eat alot of meat and proteins, and almost no karbs! Also the muscle you loose is easier to regain than building new muscles!
Wow. You handled that weight with ease. I'm only 16 and I could probably only do that for 1 rep if that. I'm a better deadlifter tho I got 160kg x3 and I coulve gotten 5 easy.

Koristim suplemente - proteine, aminokiseline, vitamine, L-carnitin, tribulus i sl. Naravno, suplementi dobro dođu, ali nisu presudni.
Ne brini, može se i bez njih uz sređenu prehranu.
Za 16 godina - i više nego dobra težina - samo naprijed!
