It is understood that this is not a training video and is a joke. If it is true that all of the people portrayed in this video are actually certified professional rescuers, then that is a bit disturbing. If the "victim" cannot correctly imitate an active drowning victim, would he be able to recognize one? I'm sure everything being brought up in these comments are non-issues, because this is probably a private pool where no emergencies have ever taken place. PS jokes should be humorous.

alright, recommendation from a lifeguard... never jump in with your rescue tube sitting on the ground just in case somebody is standing on it or something, you just could've gotten strangled
exactly. I am red cross trained and Jeff Ellis trained. both are great. People just think red cross is bad because they arent as strict as an organization like Jeff Ellis. But you are right. they are good and they do a lot of other to help people too

Have some respect for yourselves and the duties you uphold, some pride in your training and the service you provide, and some dignity. when you are done doing that....and you sitll want to post a PRETEND LIFEGUARD GOOF OFF VIDEO...then dont do it in uniform or while on duty...and give it a title that lets everyone know. "LIFEGUARD HAVING FUN OFF DUTY" or "MORONS FUCKING AROUND WISHING THEY WERE LIFEGUARDS".

exactly. I am red cross trained and Jeff Ellis trained. both are great. People just think red cross is bad because they arent as strict as an organization like Jeff Ellis. But you are right. they are good and they do a lot of other to help people too
