Yo, I know what you mean when you said people had a problem with whitney, that milktank's rollout was NO JOKE back in the day, I remember I got owned by her soooo many times. Then, one day while I was training to fight her my poliwag evolved, taught it Ice Punch and headed for a rematch. Won the first time, one of my favorite memories in pokemon actually.

@ChaosZero ur lying poison powder wont work the first time because miltank has a lum berry and i dont think u would knock miltank out with two hits cause a super potion and it would have to be a really high level rock pokemon

It was actually level 20 Milktank and 18 Clefairy.

I wished the levels were still retained and rollout was still in the moveset.

It ruins Whtiney's credibility

Rollout is still in it's moveset it just only uses it when it can't use Stomp.

I never found her that hard. I always sacrafice my Gastly to Curse Miltank then let it die after Kadabra Disbled Milk Drink or Quilava spammed Sand-Attack.

@JetstarMann well there is a good strategy to win the Whitney, I pick up a female Nidoran or Nidorina an train her at least level 19. because nidoran is a female , the move Attract will not work on her. and she can learn Double Kick and Rock Smash which is great on normal types. Her abilities are great Poison Point have 30 % to posin the enemyif make contact which all whitney ´s pokemon moves are physical and Rivalry Rivalry raises power of a move by 25% if they are same gender

I caught a geodude a while back and it learns rollout by its self. actually it learned it after it leveled from the clefairy before.. boy was i lucky.

Anyway if you guys have rollout USE IT. Miltank has no chance to heal or use a super potion.

hits ghost type pokes or maybe that Miltank has got scrappy ability to hit ghost Pokemon instead of resisting fire-ice moves
