i think your hair looks healthy. but if you feel like it looks damaged, here's a tip: always make sure your hair is completely dry when you straighten it, because it can really damage your hair. :)

plenty of conditioner on your hair sweetheart, that will stop your hair from going all dry. Trust me, I am the straightening queen.

As for recording without sound, we've all done it :D

heh heh, I had all my hair hacked off for a pretty price. and now look like liza manelly (SP?) I ended up getting that heatprotecton spray. works so well. Nowmy hair wont straighten at all lol

hon you have to protect your hair before you use the iron, you will ruin it otherwise... I don't know if you have Sunsilk over there, but if they do, I use Sunsilk 24-7 creme in the green bottle. Or you can use sebastian's potion 9.

We have a pre iron hair spray for protection, I need to get some. Can't repair the hair can I? :(

you can 'repair' it by trimming it, keeps the ends split free :)

Ah I see, I thought as much. well it does need styling again. but I need to find a new hair dresser, my curent one is useless and I havent been happy with the last five cuts he gave me :(
