almost the whole chorus was flat...

Excellent cover. You're a decent guitar player as well, but I agree with privatejoker, on songs like this, try using a thinner pick, the guitar sounds a bit more aggressive than the vocals you put on it. The guitar is an accompaniment, it battles with your voice at points. That's my only constructive criticism. I've been a musician and singing/playing for almost 20 years, I rarely feel compelled to comment.. But this was excellent.
