I like the vermouth on the side so you could customise how wet the martini would be....nice...:) Interesting the use of tanqueray and a splash of beefeater.

i would have thought heavy on the beefeater light on the tanqueray owing to its herbaceous quality.

I like all the ritual....specially with the lemon zest, noit the tecnically, methodic action, but something spiritual like blessing..

But i don't know about use something like plastic, or wood inside de martini glass, i think lose something about a pure martini. And about the "stuff to put under the beer" under the martini glass.

But still a great video with a lot of informations...
