Have a lot of patience and take a lot of pictures..!
When editing your pictures in a movie editing program (I use Pinnacle Studio 10), make all your frames (pictures) at its lowest time rate - I make my frames at 00.01 seconds.
The faster the frame rate - the smoother the animation.
