If this is the boat I think it is, I actually had the pleasure of racing it for about 6 years when it was fitted with a modded Evinrude V8 XP. Great to see it restored in the colours that Renato Molinari ran overseas. That sound brings back memories, those were the days.
I remember being a passenger in his (Guy's) troycraft 15 years ago holding on for my life. I now blame him for my boat/ speed addiction. I'd throw him the keys to my boat any day of the week.
i like what i see man this is a very good vid and i love it when he turns and juices it sharp. then the cam boat sounds sweet as hell and was chine walkin some. i love it man keep makin vids
i Would say Evinrude^^ the Johnson engines arem more white colored^^ it's the classic blue/grey colour, definitly Evinrude^^ and you se it at 1:44-1:46 :)
I've got 2 ea 250 HP Johnson V-8 Ocean Runners running in top shape in the Tampabay area. 1 ea is counter rotating. If anybody is interested, just send a reply through youtube.

Those aren't quite so hard to find in the states...the 1994 V8 evinrude can be modded from 300 to 425hp pretty easily. Wicked motors!
