Excellent! This is actually very informative because the footwork is great. These women aren't as fast as guys so it allows you to clearly see some great evasive techniques.

@boston1977boston Watching kids and women or just amatuers in general will develop a beginner's game immensely. Sounds messed up but it's true. Same goes for training kids.

belinda happens to be the slick female boxer in the world . and just to let you know buddy shes been my trainer for 6 years and has gotten me to 3 world titles and made me hands down the best lb for lb female in the world so stop hating
