i dont think it matters who covers what really... music is about sharing, thats why its loud and 'out there' so it can be heard by millions so that it can bring people together, which is exactly what bob marley tried doing. The way i see it...the messages inherent in Bobs music superceeds the artist thats performin it.the only difference is that the artist can direct the music towards people who may not get into his music (for various reasons)
