I completely know what it feels like to be abused because my step dad abused me physically, emotionally, verbally, and sexually and I didn't think I was gonna make it through at the age of 5, but here I am 10 years later and I'm free from it and all I wanna do is help children who went through the same thing I did. Its wrong and its hard to be in that situation but I knew God would save me one day and now I can use my experience to help others.

i think that most of the people who abuse children have a mental problem. those people need serious help. and in most cases, those people have been abused when they were a child.
in short: help those children en the people who abuse (their) children.

I do feel child abuse and any form of physical abuse of anyone is not right but think. them parents who abuse were most likely abused and need of help as well. Every one needs love and support. Take the children away from abused parents then help the parents or who ever is abusing someone else and it happens to adults and elderly people as well. My mother was abused in a nursing home before I realized it. She ended up dying there. Not sure of abuse or her conjestive heart failure

It isn't vengeance, most people abuse their kids, because that is how they were raised, they know no other way, fortunately for my brothers and myself, we were exposed to normal family lives and therefore we learned the proper way to raise children and we all have happy, healthy children who feel secure and well loved .

my step dad used to hit me. almost for no reason but for little things like talking back or being a "faggot" ( i was 9) and for being a "pussy" (i didnt want to watch a scary movie) i was constantly hit and i was too young to know what was really happening i was tricked into thinking i was an annoyance and it sickens me that another human being can do this to a smaller person. i swear i will only toauch my child if he needs a hand or a hug i will never (purposly) hurt him

I am grateful that I was disciplined as a child. I did get beaten, whipped with a belt plenty of times, I have gotten knocked out of the chair. I learned to respect my parents and others at an early age. I knew right from wrong at an early age. I think its a damn shame that punishment and discipline is always viewed as abusive. I see it as a parental duty to discipline your children. Kids today have no values, no respect. I loved my parents and I am grateful.

I do feel child abuse and any form of physical abuse of anyone is not right but think. them parents who abuse were most likely abused and need of help as well. Every one needs love and support. Take the children away from abused parents then help the parents or who ever is abusing someone else and it happens to adults and elderly people as well. My mother was abused in a nursing home before I realized it. She ended up dying there. Not sure of abuse or her conjestive heart failure

Life isn't fair. i you don't stand up for yourself then you're just letting the *monster(s)* win, but we're just children, weak, defenseless children. some parents tell kids certain things and put them down so they feel like they can do nothing, but in reality, other adults never do anything about it...they just probly ask if you're being fed well, check condition of yourself & clothes, check for any marks..if they see nothing, they don't do a thing...

I now have moderate damage to my left temperal lobe with quite a bit of memory loss, intermittent affasia, and absent seizures. but I don't believe that my mother deserves to die. Wishing harm on the people who've harmed us make us no better than they are. Most of the people who abuse their children were most likely abused themselves. It isn't vengeance, most people abuse their kids, because that is how they were raised, they know no other way, fortunately for my brothers and myself, we were exposed to normal family lives and therefore we learned the proper way to raise children and we all have happy, healthy children who feel secure and well loved .

I am grateful that I was disciplined as a child. I did get beaten, whipped with a belt plenty of times, I have gotten knocked out of the chair. I learned to respect my parents and others at an early age. I knew right from wrong at an early age. I think its a damn shame that punishment and discipline is always viewed as abusive. I see it as a parental duty to discipline your children. Kids today have no values, no respect. I loved my parents and I am grateful.

it fucks me up when these people bring these precious gifts into this world, and decides to destroy them. and in the end of all that horror... they destroy themselves too.
