@lerg12 Death Metal, the vocals are deeper more of a harsh growl, Black Metal vocals are usually screeching, although Black Metal usually goes more for atmosphere this song has a an eerie Black Metalesque atmosphere, the guitars are crunchier in Death too where Black they are more thin sounding, once again this is just generalising.

Domination, Blessed Are The Sick, and Altars of Madness were fast as shit, Lastly Formulas Fatal to the Flesh and Heretic were just super unique. I swear they wrote FFttF COMPLETELY with the aid of some acid. They are weird albums but damn good! I'd have to say my fav MA albums are Gateways, FFttFm and Covenant!

The raw and murky quality you hear on albums like Testimony of the Ancients or Butchered at Birth is a trademark sound for most old school Death Metal bands from back in the day. A remastered version would be great as well if it was done by Scott Burns with the band.
