It was a promotional tour for Kristen's upcoming movie Twilight and Michael didnt want to get in the way of that promoting.
Those promotion tours are usually in the contract of each actors, which they have to attend. Michael Angarano wasnt part of that movie and therefore had nothing to do with promoting it.
In saying what I just said, I do believe they have broken up NOW. and that Rob and Kris are probably together, but back then I don't think this really happened.
This is silly. This footage is jumpy and there's no way you can read what they're really saying. Maybe the guy opened the door and checked around to make sure there were no crazy fans or that the paps weren't too close before they got out of the car. He's a security guard. Second, this was KRISTEN'S premiere, so maybe Michael split from the scene because he's not the star of the movies so he didn't want the limelight. I used to want to believe this but now I see it's silly

I believe that to be true. She looked SO relieved to see Rob at the premiere and it was the first Twilight movie - I truly believe those two have been an item ever since. Their love has grown now to the point that there is no way for them to hide it. Look at the way they 'behave at the first Comic Con - July 2008.

I can't deni what they're sayng in the video looks like she broke up with Michael but facts go other way around. My opinion is that Kris and Rob were toghether when Michael took those pictures in Vancouver, and they were (Michael and Kris) just friends at that time.

@TheEgoangel18 --- It's hard to make out. The video is in a broken slo mo. I suffer from "profound hearing loss" but can read lips. Before my diagnosis I was not even aware I was doing it but I do. I have to be able to look at them and the video is jumpy which makes it difficult. I will tell you though that she did not break up with him until after she was shooting New Moon. According to the internet photos he visited her there during the shoot.

It was not on MAY 2009. It was October 30th 2008, Rome Film Festival. Kristen had to walk down the red carpet. Later on I saw Kristen (we were in the same hotel) in the car with Michael and Robert. I asked Michael if I could take a picture with them and he was real polite and offered to take a picture of Kristen and me. They were holding hands and no one was there to see them.

i think they are still together and the whole robert patterison and her thing is just a publicity stunt, just like how in almost every movie were two actors have chemistry, there are rumors they are dating, and im sure some of the actors actually are dating, due to spending all that time pretending to love someone and/or spending large amounts of time with them you just might end up actually end up growing fond of each other, but in most cases its all just bullshit

they broke up, but defenitely not in this video. michael left because he always stays in the background when kristens getting interviewed, kristen looked nervous because this was one of her first twilight premieres, she wasnt good at the attention back then. besides after this they were still seen together.

It was not on MAY 2009. It was October 30th 2008, Rome Film Festival. Kristen had to walk down the red carpet. Later on I saw Kristen (we were in the same hotel) in the car with Michael and Robert. I asked Michael if I could take a picture with them and he was real polite and offered to take a picture of Kristen and me. They were holding hands and no one was there to see them.
