no the gardai are not against public, as i understand it. in fact they are just doing their job, and most importantly no nothing of this information,so they are used! like everybody just doing their government jobs or services. and we no nothing of our part in this trade/stocks and pseudo identity.

Anyway, how can someone who is oblivious to whats happening be corrupt? People think what they are told, end of story. If you are told statutes and acts are law, who are YOU to say they are not? That doesn't make you corrupt, it makes you a sheep, doing what every other sheep does. Don't get me wrong, I have been a victim to this also.

Ireland is a common law jurisdiction, not sure if you know that. I have done alot of research on sites outside Ireland because that's where most of the info is, the Irish as well behind. Some are finding out and some are on this info a long time, check out spoonogsback youtube channel.

Ever wonder why "the gardai" have a Customer Charter? Or why the Department of an Taoiseach has a Customer Charter? Don't we employ them? Well that's what I thought anyway, I never thought I was their customer.

The reason you can't find each and every one of us in the company search is the very same reason you can't find AN GARDA SIOCHANA and THE GOVERNMENT OF IRELAND in any Irish Company Search engine, it's not included, why? ok fault 1 in the 1st page i searched in your "more info" the legal definiton of a person = a human being. part 2 does say "a corporation treated as having the rights and obligations of a person. Counties and cities can be treated as a person in the same manner as a corporation" hense when a city takes someone to court they must be seen as an injured party therefore it is for example the dublin city -v- Joe Bloggs. for Joe Bloggs pissin on the street or littering excetera excetera......

a customer charter is there to tell an organisation if is it meeting the expectations of the public. if the government make cut backs on anything the group hit by cutbacks will in any survey give feedback on the issue, so as to allow the government assess the feelings of the people. the same with the gardai, they need feedback otherwise they will never know if the public their "customers" if the pub;ic are not customers to the gardai and government, what are they to be called in a charter??

if you or me walks into a garda station and knocks at the hatch, a member of the gardai walk up open the hatch and they say how can i help you... you ask for any of the forms which are supplied by the gardai for the general public.... e.g a passport form, driving licence application. and the member gives you whatever you want.. what is he or she doing? helping a person of the puiblic? or in other words, complying with his/her obligation to customer services per your quote ^ ^

there are surveys done all year round by civil servants "government workers" asking the general public for thier feedback on the communication levels of the gardai and the work efforts of both the gardai and the government and how the public as their customers feel they are carrying out their jobs. if there was no surveys done the government and the gardai would never know what expectations the public have of them

rules / laws / and all definitions are constantly being updated to help the judicial system are they not? would you agree? and to help the courts and judge and jury simplify outcomes rulings. there probably is no need to have the need for the two definitions and i'm sure the 1st definition used "a human bneing" is the more commonly used definition as the latter "a real human being" although the same is not explained or "simplified" if you like.

just read that definition of a natural person, it clearly states it is to distinguish a real person i.e me or you fromthe business/city as stated in the definition of a person.

"natural person" makes the distinction, not "person". Why don't they make the distinction, clearly, by using "natural person" in the stautes/acts? Why make it unclear what they mean by only using "person"?

"person" is what is generally used in 99% of cases would you agree? its only when there is technicalities that "natural person" would be used.

Of course they are but I don't see the need for it. Common Law is what it is, Brehon Law is what it is, they are not constantly getting changed. Statutes and Acts are there to create revenue/income for the company so they can pay their employees and make a profit, of course.

a natural person is still a person in the eyes of the law...new court cases have resulted in natural persons being treated as persons (corporate entities). There are a few videos that actually go through what has to be said in a Notice of Understanding but also each one is specific to each individual. One thing would be if you believe you have "God" given rights or Birth rights.

If you look up 21stCenturyPolitix channel here, he goes through what he put in a Notice.

Also go to Google Video and search for "Freeman Conference UK" there's about 3-4 videos, some great info. Click on "More from this user" above video description. They go through it.

Becoming a "freeman-on-the-land" seems to be the way to get out of this "game", but becoming a freeman in Ireland isn't really covered by anyone so finding out information is hard.

Many people have become freemen in America, Canada and the UK but I havent heard of anyone being successful in Ireland.

From what I've read a Notary Public, some wont help because it'll come back on them, is needed to get your Notice of Understanding and Claim of right done.
