I remember this episode! I remember this was pretty shocking to watch on a family tv show back then. During the scene where Albert starts puking Charles is holding him saying "Just let it out, let it all on out" -- very intense scene!!!

I agree with AlanaXX11 that I was skeptical about a modern rap song being used for a Little House on the Prairie episode but it actually worked really well. Maybe because many of the song's themes apply to the 1800s as well.
Oh my god - I wasn't expecting the "projectile morphoplasm" vomit scene - I saw that as a kid and ever since then, I haven't drank milk! All because of Albert puking in 1982...

Albert didn't die. He recovered from his drug addiction and became a doctor in his later life!
