It really taught me a lot and I've been thinking of incorporating it again, in a reasonable manner. One of my blogger friends said that you have to remember when incorporating fasting to NOT be strictly dieting AND fasting or you won't get anywhere. Fasting is more something you incorporate 1-2x if you want, while exercising and eating regularly, as healthy as can be.
I found some of you comments to be parallel with my experience with ESE. I have only done 2" sessions" but found it to be empowering that nothing bad happened because I did not eat for 16 hours. Also, since you are not eating at all, you don't worry about what "diet" food you should eat at your next meal. Best to do on a day when you can keep busy...I was doing yard work and gardening.

Would just like to point out that there are many different IF and Eat Stop Eat is 1-2 times a week 24h fasting at once.
