I'm assuming you understand that with RAMP you still need to maintain the minimum PPS. on an ETEK3, I believe this minimum is 4. In other words, you still need to pull the trigger four times every second, but the board in the marker will automatically ramp up to 15.4 balls per second depending on the limit you set. If you are able to achieve a higher rate of fire in uncapped-semi than in ramp (with the "eyes" on), then you likely have a ramp setting that is beyond your ability...

fer sure man all im saying is..i set it to ramp and it only works iwth the eyes off ..i can ramp all day with th eyes off but once i turn eyes on it stops ramping its kinda lame

but yea i only shoot uncapped semi i just wanted to make sure the ramping issue wasnt a defect in my gun haha

@icemaniaxl That's weird: I've had no issues with RAMP on my ETEK3 with the eyes active.

It's an out of the box ETEK3 LT, with a Cure3 bolt and Dye Rotor. (Not that it matters, I'm usually shooting Valken Graffiti, Empire Evil and occasionally DXS RecSport paint)

Personally I'd go with the LT, because they have extremely similar feels and you will literally break your hand trying to break the LT's frame, and its $125 cheaper, I'm just saying that to answer anybodies questions about AM vs LT

@M0T0x199 Etek 3 AM is all aluminum metal making it more durable but slighlty heavier, the LT is made out of compositre metals and the feedneck, eye covers and one other thing is plasic making it lighter but some would say less durable

LT is lighter but is non-metal composite(its prob gonna b easier 2 break but if the frame breaks u can spend $100 and get the AM upgrade) AM is heavier and is made of a stronger metal(it either comes with an LCD screen or can be upgrade to have 1)

Suppossedly this gun can bend. only slightly but it will make the gun extremley durable. And the Etek 3 Lt is actually lighter than the Etek 3 AM. Hope I helped someone :)

No it hasn't. I went to Atlanta, GA for the extravaganza. I took the planet eclipse dealer tech class. Gerry tought it. The marker wont be released untill a date of witch i can not reveal. This is due to agreements between me and Gerry.

The LT is the one with the composite frame and the AM is the one with a steel frame. The difference in frames is the composite is lighter but doesnt feel as good in the hands. Also looks a little tackier.

No the LT would be a great choice. All of dyes and protos grip frames are composite. They will not break on you. The metal frame is just for people who have money to spend.
