Hmm. Jason must not be very good then, because operating MyFord Touch is like trying to parallel park an F-350 (no no no, no Active Park Assist for this model).
Way too much toggle, hunt and peck. I did not see a "manual" over ride, just ways of digging down deeper and getting even more lost and confused. Sometimes - less is more!!!!
Fabulous! I'm a blonde woman who's always on the phone when I'm lumbering my SUV throughout all lanes of traffic. Now I"ll have more screens, buttons and lights to distract me from actually driving! I love it! Now I can call up Sat radio, make a phone call, paint my nails AND never have to look at the road!!
i think car companies should work with video game companies to create better nav systems.... i could get better graphics out a nintendo 64!.. but.. its still a pretty cool system that ford has..
Lol AV cable inputs? Sure, that would have been fine 6 years ago. But we're in the HD era now. I expect better, preferably HDMI but component isn't bad either.
I don't like those buttons. They'll be annoying cause you can't reach down and feel them, you actually have to look down. But there's voice control. So why the buttons?
It's a lot of gadgetry, but no real innovation behind it. It won't convinve people to buy lincoln products, especially since it will be available on FORD products.
Why buy a Lincoln MKX when you can buy a Ford Edge with the same interior features and technology? Good stuff for a Ford, but they're diluting the lincoln brand.
In my opinion a combination of the two LCD screens in the dashboard with the controls on the steering wheel like in the Lincoln and a control knob (like Mercedes, Audi and BMW uses) for the "normal" screen in the middle would be perfect.

Dodge UConnect is much less cluttered and easier to operate, but this is a really good starting point for Ford.

well alot of these features aren't allowed to be used while driving. only while parked or at a stop.

That's absolutely ridiculous. That's a pain in the ass if that was my car. I'd never buy a Lincoln though anyway.
