Another strange bug (this time Tsuna`s)

While he`s runing at one place appers second Tsuna`s sprite with "X banner" cast (just sprite, not the bot).

Here goes new bugs.. Mihawk`s "Run + D + A" takes 25% of HP, but sometimes ( i don`t clearly understand how) it takes 50-75%.

But yeah, don't make the mistake that was with NTSD. When one character has been popular more than another in 100 times. (a-ka Itachi and... Rock Lee...) xD

oh and I actually doesnt really like how Luffy second gear only can keep on if he is moving, if not he will be off gear 2, its kind of annoying, when u are trying to just stand there and use jet pistol

luffy turns a little OP when he can use gear 2nd too easily, he is meant to be fast and always moving.

Lol there exits something like tier 0? :O That must be the place saved for wb alone xd I like the shape of shanks sword this red rly gives him some style :D But imo theres a error with his sprites, but thats probably bcuz u just mirrored him. Since he has lost one arm he cant have an arm on both sides so yeah i know its a hell of a work to sprite his other side too, but itd be cool and more accurate. :D luffy stays tier 2 even after ts? :O i thought hed be one higher or hed be at tier 3.

because its impossible to make every single balance with each other. Blackbeard is in balance with shanks, and the other admirals in his tier.  Luffy zoro and others will be balanced with each other in their own tiers. Characters within their own tier are balanced within each other. Overpower characters are in their own over powered tier. Does that make more sense?

lol yea tier 0 is whitebeard, garp, ssj4 gogeta, etc. eh it'll take a while to manually to that but maybe if its not too much trouble. uh my bad normal luffy is tier 3 TS luffy is tier 2

Please, I`m beginning you. Do not add all the tricks of the characters just like t was in anime/manga,work on character`s balance. Your mod is bloody great, but in the awfully imbalance situation.

I'm going to try to set some balance with the tier system. ex. luffy, zoro, law are all tier 2 characters, stronger than tier 4 characters like ussop or Mr. 3. But characters in their own tier will be tried to be balanced with each other. Where as Time Skip luffy will be tier 2 and on the same level as other tier 2 characters like ace or smoker. Tier 0 characters are just the extremely cheap and OP Boss characters like Whitebeard.
