Hey i took that exact bill 2000 pecos to an hrbc bank today,,they told me they WONT take it. They suggested i take it to a currency exchange depot. Is it worth the trip? She told me its worth about 145 bucks , i even tried the Royal bank here too in Canada,NO luck. Does this bill have value? of is it now GARBAGE.?? any comments ?

That $2000 peso bill is from the old mexican peso. You see, the peso had 3 zeroes taken off due to massive inflation during the 1980's.
So in essence, that 2000 pesos bill is worth only 2 "new" pesos, or about 15 US cents.
