@Neyney7hug1ady -This may not be the best explanation but I'll try. The Creator is not a man. He is not limited to a body. He is spirit. He can be everywhere at the same time-kind of like air. Air can be inside a cupboard in your kitchen and still be outside the cupboard and in your backyard and in France, etc. all at the same time being air. God does not become a flower or tree or a man but He can be inside a human body just as He was inside the Ark of the Covenant while still in Heaven.
