Lots. For me the long part is learning the way the base mechanics come together and making them pretty much instinctual. The runs take a relatively short time in comparison, although examining the levels can sometimes take a while.

excately. I was three days, 5-7 hours a day, just to get the qualifying time in chapter 2. But yeah, I have discovered that you have to go fairly slow through each chapter 2-3 times before you make your attempt to get it on time. Some of the chapters, I had to whatch videoes inhere, to know alternative routes.

Glitches have a habit of making things tougher :) .

If you mean cross-game comparisons it's pretty impossible to tell as there are so many factors that work towards making things harder/easier; if you're comparing to an average TR speedrun I'd say this is about equal in difficulty
