I agree with you that bottle bills are a great idea and I fully support them. However, I live in Oregon and the law has just taken effect. So far it is a complete disaster. The state has failed to properly inform businesses of the new law, and require manufacturers to label the bottles. I support the bill, but the state did a terrible job of implementing it.
