The people who name their sports team 'Redskins' are doing because they ADMIRE the fighting spirit of Indian warriors! It is NOT racism. Why would anyone name their sports team something they look down on???

@sirjames45 think of it this way , would you a sports team the washington coons , the atlanta rednecks . the denver crackers . it has always been a racists term for native americans . its wrong plane and simple . think of what would happen if they were called the washington ni--ers and no im not racists im useing it as an example because calling then red skins is the same thing .

3. about 90% of the comments on this video are by LIBERALS. 4. In the video the man talks says that "The indian has family values, and modern Americans don't and the Indian, etc". There were over two hundred Tribes of Indians with just as many different cultures. Some Indian tribes attacked others and made slaves of them. Some Indians had elaborate methods of torturing people.

@sirjames45 i know it wasnt ment as an offence but thats how it was first used and still is today . more like over 500+ nations and quite a few have been whiped out by white greed . whole groups of people , languages , arts , cultures and historys are no longer around . this government has broken every treaty they have ever made with the native peoples in this country , commited genocide , rape ,murder and more all in the name of civilization . lets not forget about that .

Sports and "organized" religion have much in common. Sports (and many religions) promotes racism and denigrates those who are not of their kind. Sports are watched religiously by some people. The sports icons are praised by their congregation (fanatics), however, instead of bread and wine, their communion is usually hot dogs and beer.
The Washington Redskins, could easily become the Washington Rednecks. Most fans are rednecks anyway, whether their alter is at the stadium, or the TV.

@betaatomic Couldn't agree more with this comment. The marriage between professional sports and the military is also part of an evil plan to brainwash young people into believing that being a paid mercenary is an honorable career. The lies regarding the death of former NFL player Pat Tillman shows the extent to which their propaganda machine is willing to go to distort the truth in their interests. I am not sure but I think the exception from antitrust laws may explain this.

the christian and the indian should share prophecy. we must make a place in the world to honor our God together. the land is given to us both in this time. we do not have to understand. love your neighbor as you love yourself. God chose this land for us both with a purpose. lets honor his word together and build a home to give thanks. all prophecies are sacred
