the strapped in guy - can break yo legs easily. but really the worst is after the wipeout fighting for air and then realizing you are in front of another wave. then do it again and come up and realize again you are in front of ANOTHER wave.
I had a 3 wave hold down once in Mexico. finally made it in threw up and then had sand /salt water run out of my sinuses for 2 weeks.
if you get knocked out on the front end of a set you are toast. whether you are sponger or stand up.

I did the same thing at 0:54. Hit the sand, wave rolled me up and threw me down into the sand TWICE. Never again. Gotta get in. Gotta get out.
