Well I am a big fan of Tokio Hotel, and yes I like their version very much!

But I think you can not compare Tokio Hotel to The Beatles if you talk about quality of music.

If you enjoy listening more to the Tokio Hotel version than that's just your taste (I enjoy hearing TH's version more too by the way). But you can't say that it's better! The Beatles are were just more original and higher quality. Even as a TH fan you can't deny that!
