Hi Sadat. Tim here, I work for EIT in the Wine science department. I'm very interested to learn more about the F##Ked up Factor. What is the scale ie, 1-10, is the higher the value better or worse, how is it related to wine quality or potential side effects. I see this could be the new part of the standard wine judging method.
@creaghfamily Hey Tim, The FUF goes from 1-10 on a scale of how fucked up the wine will get you or how nice of a buzz you will feel. 10 being the highest, 1 being no buzz at all. And same goes for the toilet bowl factor.
Sicily, A big part of my family is sicilian and my parents were born there. Nice review. Hit me up if you ever want to try my fathers homemade wine. Im near the end of the F-line near Coney Island.
