It's Vietnamese coriander. It does add flavor to the bite. It's very nice.

As for trying durian, I've had it in desserts, but I have yet to try the fruit on its own. Something I still need to do.

I'm more interested on the leaf you were biting. Does that add the flavour? And you should try Durian fruit by the way.
