I'll agree it was the worst ref performance this season but if you actually watched the match you would see that Breeze was giving Adelaide the SOFTEST free kicks ever and not giving Melbourne legitimate free kicks. That Allsopp red card summed it up
Breeze is a fucking joke. He killed the match in the first 10 minutes with that red card when it should have never been more than a yellow. Culminatr everything aside, the team that puts the ball in the back of the net more is the better team. We manged to do that six times this season including the grand final. And if AU can't handle being a man down they don't deserve to be considered a great team. There were 2 times this season that Melbourne manged to score with 10 men on the park. So until it is proved otherwise, Melbourne are a better team than Adelaide.

The game was ruined after the first 10 minutes. It looked like being an EXCITING final, but it was utterly spoiled. Australia deserves better than this! Breeze is a fucking joke. He killed the match in the first 10 minutes with that red card when it should have never been more than a yellow. These sort of collisons happen all the time, the only difference here was that it drew blood. He even pulled out his yellow but put it away because he saw blood.
Allsopp shouldn't have been sent off either but the fact is Melbourne didnt have to play 80+ minutes with 10 men.

Use of arms / elbows to head endangering the safety of the opponent is a direct red card and that player must be sent from the field of play.
He did have his yellow, but then he went over to his AR as the AR had a better view of the situation.
