  • Get in touch with WB. Please. You are bloody amazing. Please for the love of all that is glorious, do it.

  • Who the fuck would dislike this? o_0

  • Brilliant!

  • I actually felt this......i felt everything he was saying and how he said it...it almost brought me to tears

  • If I get 30 or more thumbbs up, I will post my own version of htis on youtube.

  • seeing how Mark Hamil isn't voicing The Joker in the future, you should consider working with Warner Brothers to be the new voice of The Joker ^.^

  • Bravi! Bravi! Bravisima! You're spectacular at this! No, stupendous! Remarkable! A veritable prodigy!

  • Holy goddamn you're a great voice actor.

  • That is a REALLY good Hamil as Joker. Thumbs way up.

  • This was just beautiful!

  • Batmans answear: Because I've heard it before and it wasn't funny the first time.

  • it was EPIC!

  • I want this video on my G6620 unit.

  • this is one of the best hammil impressions i have ever herd

  • Joker has to be the deepest characters ever invented.

  • The Joker is who he is because he saw the pointless tragedy of the world and said "fine." He's riding the wave, he sees people around him and laughs, but the world is in control.

Batman is who he is because he saw the pointless tragedy of the world and said "no." He's fighting the current, people around him see him and laugh, but he's in control.

What the Joker wants, he acknowledges life will either give him or deny him. What Batman wants, he shakes out of life's pockets against life's will.

  • @1ManJusticeLeague i wouldnt agree with that. When jokers doesnt get what he wants then he would yust blew everything up in his way to get it and he is allways in controll(allthough his mind might be a problem) because he yust wants to laugh and enjoy the world no matter what it takes.batman on the other side yust tries to find a reason to live and his reason is to prohibit "evil" he doesn't want that anyone has to suffer the same pain like himself.

  • Dude that was just EPIC!!

  • Brilliant. I absolutely loved this. Your impression is far more than an imitation, it's an incredible performance in and of itself. I gotta say, you've also chosen a very fitting piece of music for the BGM, it really adds impact to your performance.

  • @Pgirts You do an amazing Joker voice. You need to be in the next Batman animated series

  • Which movie of Batman is this I wanna say its Return of the Joker but thats because of the picture

  • @TheTobi117 This is a voicing made by the uploader pgirts from the comic "Batman: The Killing Joke". The music on the background is "The Finale" from the Batman Returns Soundtrack.

  • @TheTobi117 The monologue is from a Batman graphic novel. "The Killing Joke"

  • "Because I've heard it before. And it wasn't funny the first time."

  • "My point is, I went crazy."

I love how calmly he says that. xD

  • Sounds more like he doesn't actually want to be crazy. Also that he wishes the world wasn't. So he laughs and hurts others. So is he crazy or just sad and broken? (grabs the super-glue) (smiles)

  • @MegaMonkeyTrouble That actually makes some sense. Toward the end of the comic this is taken from, "The Killing Joke", Batman offers to help the Joker recover from his madness but he turns it down saying "I'm sorry, but... No. It's too late for that. Far too late..." It makes him seem rather repentant for his crimes and his state of mind. Of course he then tell a sick joke that even makes Batman laugh along with him.

  • @EbonJackal Thanks. I know most see him just a mad-man. But madd-men have feelings too, thoughts and all. He's not real evil. Just hurt and being mentally disabled but very highly intelligent doesn't help. I think what he needs is Harley, a gentle touch, who he's able to trust. Though I think a more "real" Harley might actually try to help, rather then enable.

  • @MegaMonkeyTrouble But that's the problem. No one can truly reach out to Joker without being contaminated by him. At first, Harley wasn't an enabler, but she was seduced (not sexually necessarily) by his twisted mind.

  • @MegaMonkeyTrouble I think when everything meaningful is taken from someone, it's hard for them to find meaning in anything anymore. I don't think he was born crazy...but we can't really know.

  • @sparkyk24 Yes, possibly. Though when something-or someone meaningful is given to you, idk. I think there's hope. Even if he's to stubborn to take it from batman. Though, another man, idk, I'm not a man, but I can see being more comfortable talking with your spouse or lover about your inner feelings then with a guy who always kicks your ass.

  • @MegaMonkeyTrouble But that's the thing, that sensitive and loving touch (according to some) was taken from him. He can't get it back, and he lost his sanity. Joker can't do anything except lash out, and everyone he lashes out against disappears, and everyone's afraid. But Batman always remains, and Batman won't be overwhelmed. A lover could never understand him, because Joker can only relate through suffering. Batman's his only friend. That's why it's so sad :/

  • @sparkyk24 Not true. He lashes out at Harley, beats her till she's black and blue, but she's still there. Everyday. Even if she goes off, she'll always come right back to him. I don't think he entirely lost his own sensitive and loving touch. As it is known that though everyone sees him laugh, Harley-his lover/partner, is the only one to see him cry. Which means she perhaps has the touch he needs to feel safe enough to open up a bit. With a man like the Joker, you need a very gentle balancd hand

  • @MegaMonkeyTrouble That's true. I think that on some level, Harley could be what he needs...but the problem is, he can't truly accept her. He's too far gone. She can't understand him...not truly. He can manipulate her. Even if he opens up to her briefly, he has to quickly betray her and push her away again. But he can't control Batman.

Sadly, if he ever did get cured, Harley would likely lose interest in him. I think Batman gives Joker paramaters and balance.

  • @sparkyk24 Eh, idk if that's true exactly. I think he could truly accept her, someday-just not all at once. With a man like 'da joker' you need patience. And believe me, as someone who's perusing her own degree in Clinical Psychology, you have a FUCKLOAD of patience, to go into that and she does have that degree. And as a woman, believe me, if he got cured, knowing her, she'd be so happy-for one, he'd more likely marry her, have kids, get a job! (love swoon)

  • @sparkyk24 If Joker can only relate through suffering... then everyone he hurts is just someone he's trying to understand, or get to understand him.

    Shit man, that's terrible.

  • The Joker is the Granddaddy of all trolls.

  • Because I've heard it before... AND IT WASN'T FUNNY THE FIRST TIME!

  • Press 9

Because I heard that one before.

  • I love this impression, but I get the feeling you were on a rush to make it fit with the music on a few parts, such as 1:48

  • EPIC

  • That was AMAZING!!!!!

  • ok mark hamill for the love og god do the killing joke goddamit

  • He laughs like the guy at the chicken wing shop near my house..

  • This actually really sad :(

  • So...is this Mark Hamill? Or an Impersonation of Mark Hamill?

  • @BlackCerberus impersonasion(and a really good one at that)

  • @BlackCerberus impersonation, but the fact that you had to ask demonstrates the quality of the impression

  • why arent you laughing... because joker ... you were never funny ... sadly you the jester the madman are the sanest of us all .... why arent we laughing because the blunt truth proposed by gas an and explosion ... isnt humour ... i will admit that the "irony" that your jokes are just trurth is itself funny

But joker you werent ever funny just the sane one of us all

  • I'd sell my soul for Rock Steady to make this some sort of flashback DLC for Arkham City. I mean... Barbra is Oracle in it, meaning she got paralyzed. I'd like to see all of this occur. it would definitely give a better explanation for the ending of Arkham City for those less familiar with the history of Batman and the Joker. Just how close the two rivals were.

  • Incredible...

  • Really great stuff! :)

  • This video is a favorite on Zambia

  • Whats the background music you played to get this?

  • @roly1991 It's from the Batman Returns-soundtrack, the scene where the Penguin dies. Don't know, what it's called, though.

  • @roly1991 It's called batman returns - the finale

  • @GreatFox42

It's pretty hard to disagree with his view. Like, how many times has someone been caught by the police (or, quite often, turned themselves in) and said the reason they did what they did was because "They just 'snapped'?" And it's hard to say the world isn't a joke. I mean, if you really take a day off from everything and really think about it all, it's absolutely hilarious.

  • @ZADER4427

Translation: LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME, I'M EDGY!

  • @LaurenConradTrueFan Bruce Wayne (or Batman) is just as crazy as the joker, not specifically because of the suit and everything but because of his actions after "the event" that occurred during his childhood. He could have went about the situation in any other way, become a lawyer like Harvey Dent, use his money to benefit Gotham but no, he decided to stay up every night as a vigilante to fight a never ending battle with crime and evil. It's out of the norm, he may not be as dark and evil as th

  • A bit throaty.

  • "Gordon's been driven mad" So THAT'S where Joker got the crowbar.

  • I don't get it .. I thought the message in the end is that both The Joker and Batman are crazy but in their own ways. Ok, the Joker is crazy, I can see that, but how does dressing up as a bat and fighting criminals make batman crazy???

  • this isn't mark hammil. just a 'decent' impersonator.

  • It's funny because its TRUE!

  • where is this from?

  • @riveraes1991 The voice is the poster doing his impression of the Mark Hamill Joker (the version from the animated series and, more recently, the Arkham video games). The words are from Joker's monologue near the end of "The Killing Joke", a one-shot novel that explains the Joker's origins and shows his demented relationship to Batman. In the scene this monologue is taken from, Batman is running through a twisted fun house to find Joker who taunts him over the speaker system.

  • where is this from??

  • Great job! Any chance of posting a version minus the music? I'd love to do a stricly "for fun" animation to this as Jwhit3d did. Just curious is you have a dialogue only version.

  • Dont care what anybody is gonna say but, Batman is the best fictional universe and the best developed characters. Others compared to it are on kinder garden level.

  • @Carnevour1 Batman and all of his (major) villains... The Riddler, Scarecrow, Joker, Mr. Freeze, Penguin. All amazing characters.

  • @Carnevour1 I completely agree with your point. But "kinder garden"???? Really?

  • Brilliant!

  • @muZiKmuSiCmuZiKmuSiC fuck you

  • Amazing. That's why I love Joker.

  • Mark Hamil - Greatest Joker voice EVER!

  • This is deep.....this is the most connected I have felt to who the joker really is

  • Truly remarkable. You have a gift. You should be a voice actor.

  • this should've been in the dark knight

  • It's all true...It's all so F***ING TRUE!

  • your amost better than mister hamill. SEND THIS VIDEO TO WARNER BROS> RIGHT NOW.

  • 33 people had a bad day and remained the same

  • This is only an impression? Damn, I honestly thought that this was the real voice actor. Very good.

  • when i read it the jokers voice in my head fluctuated between angry and happy. happy that he thought he broke gordon and was goading batman and angry because he couldnt understand why batman does what he does. its one of my favourite comic book moments so far.

  • Geez, Joker reminds me of Owlman.

  • That is spot on... O__O Only a few issues with his tone, and they're HARD to notice. Perfect music, perfect scene, spot on impersonation... Just... Brilliant...

  • I AM THROWING MY MONEY AT THE SCREEN, WHY IS NOTHINoh, hey, Arkham City!

  • *backhands Joker*

    MY PARENTS ARE DEAAAAAAAD!!!

  • damn...i never said the pledge of aliegence at school, but i'd so follow joker in a war...if i were any gayer about him i'd call him 'mista j'

  • Hot-damn. If there was ever on thing that deserved a batman or JLU episode it was this monologue.

  • wow liked and faved

  • Was this from a episode? If so, what episode?

  • I honestly couldn't tell that this wasn't Mark Hamill until I saw "impression" in the keywords. Props!

  • The funny thing about this now?

Mark Hamill, despite having officially retired from the role, said he would voice Joker again if The Killing Joke was made into a movie ... which would be a FANTASTIC idea! Unfortunately, it's a very dark story, so, apart from Bruce Timm and co., I'm not sure anyone will want to do it.

  • You are amazing, i subscribed!

  • Great impersonation. but somehow it reminds me of a voice from a Yu-Gi-Oh....

  • @Jalanko13 Marik.

  • Impressive

  • @TheConorshanley1 You suck! This is a brilliant impression. If you don't like it, don't watch it, fucker!

  • "So why can't you see the funny side? ....... why aren't you laughing?"

I love it. <3 Mark Hamill is the best Joker and this impersonation is incredible. And this writing is SO GOOD.

  • Amazing!

  • this is legitimately scary. well done.

  • I mean... the dude even animated it and everything... wasn't this his?

  • @kazen13

Maybe you should read video descriptions. jwhite says in his description Pgirts did the voice acting.

  • .... wasn't this audio track taken from Jwhite?

  • Wow.... all I can say is... wow.

  • The Joker and The Comedian understood the world

  • See, this is why I love Mark Hammil. If it`s an awesome idea, he`s going to be a part of it.

As the great Philip J Fry said, "Shut up and take my money!"

  • @grindorblackout1986

Erm... this isn't actually MH. Just a guy doing a fantastic impression.

  • @GiganticTumor Well i`ll be damned...

    ah well

  • @grindorblackout1986 you know that this is not Hammil but Pgrits who is voice acting Jocker here ;) arn't you??

  • @Minadori123 Actually that was brought to my attention recently in this comments section but thanks for clearing it up anyway. It was a great impersonation

  • @grindorblackout1986 This isn't Mark Hammil..

  • @Bubblingbrew third time answering this...I know...

  • when i read that part in the book i cant imagine anyone but mark hamill doing that voice

  • mARKHAMil CITY

  • Arrgh...I wanted to hear Batman deliver the final line!

"Because I heard it all before. And it wasn't funny the first time!"

  • @NewhamMatt We just need a fan whose voice is as badass as Kevin Conroy's.

  • @NewhamMatt By far the best come back the Batman could have delivered to that monologue.

  • with all due respect...without that "final line" i actually feel sorry for the joker.

  • dude wtf r u talking about its obviously not mark hamill....he sounds like another imitation fan

  • Now we know who they should hire when Mark Hamill finally quits.

  • hadn't realised this wasn't mark hamill at first, good job though im not sure who i prefer.

Mark as this wonderful psychotic glee to his voice, he understands the joke, you feel that this is a man who could watch a baby drown and find it hilarious.

you on the other hand have this amazing sorrow in your voice, you sound like you understand the joke and yet cant find it funny, you want to, you want to have Marks glee but there is a deeper, darker sorrow, the laugh nearly sounds like crying.bravo

  • @ourorboros2 great comparison. kudos.

  • Hototototototot

  • This sad thing is, he's right. (gasp)

  • watch?v=zNZkRPuB7fc&feature=related turn the volume down and watch at the same time as this video for teh extra epicness.

  • what was it like working with Forrest Fire101 in the jokers team up?

  • i swear the joker is the most iconic discordian of all time, he must have been an apprentice of malaclypse the younger.

  • Holy hot damn. Evil and yet it makes complete sense.

  • You should make a twitter account

  • that was amazing

  • The joker does what we all wish we could do. No matter how evil he is, we all respect him for it. Mabey even admire him.

  • This is a damn good impression. I pride myself in being able to recognize an actual actor and an impression of them. I caught Harley's replacement in the newest Batman game the second she opened her mouth. But this was impressive. I almost couldn't tell. Bravo.

  • Is there somewhere i can get the script to this monologue?

  • @craiganater3 Read the comic.

  • Alan Moore's writing is tiresome...

  • he has a point.

  • I never get tired of this. Absolutely incredible. This only makes me want them to turn The Killing Joke into a movie even more. You, sir, are simply wonderful.

  • Fucking AWESOME MONOLOGUE!

  • is it wrong that i am more fucked up then joker and Alex from a clock work orange combined??????

  • @java100man You arnt. They wouldnt use Youtube. GTFO Noob.

  • This isn't Mark Hamill

  • @RealCoolFreakinGuy its not supposed to be xD Its an impression :L

  • @CrazyBoutBillie Oh, that makes sense.. The title is misleading,,,

  • Batman's reply:

"Because I heard it before. And it wasn't funny."

  • I'm fairly certain the mob carving up his girlfriend makes the most sense out of all the theories. It explains why he completely destroys the mob from the inside out in the Dark Knight. also why he has a Glasgow Smile in the movie as well as the graphic novel, Batman: Joker. For those of you who dont know a glasgow smile is a form of torture originating from the Irish Mob, where they stick a plane of glass into your mouth and then the hurt you. When you scream, your cheeks are then shredded.

  • @acermonm That made sense to me to, because if you watch Ledgers acting when he tells Rachel the story of his wife, you'll notice that he sounds like he's almost terrified, and his voice is filled with anger. Still, I always liked his backstory in The Killing Joke best.

  • @Slide2671 Its a pretty good one and was perfect with the original comic book. It was a much better explanation than the one in the first batman movie.

  • @acermonm Agreed.

  • Hey there! Can you tell me what this is from, please? Comic, show, movie...? I've been looking for the real version to compare. :)

  • @PyroFoxVIII It's from the comic the killing joke. It explains how the joker became the joker (or at least it did before DC kept trying to say that's not what happened). I still consider it joker's origin.

  • @Tkscz Thank you very much!

  • lol this is no mark hamill. Its just an litle kid who sounds silly compared to the real joker

  • Joker: Tragic about Ms Gordon Tragic. OH WHAT THE HECK I'LL LAUGH ANYWAY HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Dude seriously since Mark Hammil is done with Joker you should definitely replace him!

  • @BobDole128

Or take lessons from Hamil? proper tone and infliction? Hamil grooming the next joker. it could work.

  • It's a damn shame DC probably won't animate the killing joke... I mean I could totally see why, but still

  • What doesn't kill you, only makes you stranger.

And he's absolutely correct. People call me crazy, but it always feels the other way around. The way people take every rub, every badly placed word and allows it to wound them. They way people kill for land or because of an old book. People only live by rules they place on themselves, yet always act so powerless to veto. I don't see how all that's not the textbook definition of insanity.

  • Now that Hamil has retired you should play The Joker in ALL future roles. Especially if you know what happened at the end of Arkham City.

  • Dude! you can so be an understudy to Mark Hamil! (in case you know something happens to him of course I hope he continues playing the role for a while). Fantastic Impression. Just curious can you do fire lord Ozai?

  • Comment removed

  • Hahaha... hahahaha... We're all going crazy. Crazy as a joker. Accept it or don't. The world is crazy.

  • Needs more maniacal laughter

  • Alright, I'm legitimately terrified now.

  • Wow the music really fits the mood in this vid, just awesome

  • I have this book, read the entire thing in Hamill's voice, and still do. The joker is fantastically right.

  • Are we all crazy on the inside for liking the joker so much?

  • Hamill's voice creeps me out. And that's good, am I right?

  • Did anyone else think the camera was zooming in? Maybe I'm just going crazy...
