I read an article that came out this month in the New York Times that praised Stephen Colbert on pretty much everything EXCEPT this correspondent's dinner speech which they claim is "not funny" and "lame". In my opinion this is one of the high points of his career. The only reason the nytimes didn't like it was because he criticizes the media (including the nytimes) for accepting the spoonfed BS Bush's administration gave them instead of finding the truth to keep the public informed
