Hi! Your tutorials are awesome...I was wondering, can you make a tutorial, and the song should be "Bed of roses", Bon Jovi...It's a wonderfull song...Please it would make my day...PLEASE! :))Tnx... :))
your really talented and all but if your gonna teach the song to people then dont mutter the tune over the top because people want to hear the guitar. but apart from that A-M-A-Z-I-N-G
I'm sitting in front of my computer wearing a Broncos polar fleece stocking cap and playing my guitar, but then again it is 22 degrees out and snowing here at 5280 feet....
What kind of acoustic strings do you like/recommend? I've been using D'Addario EXP strings 12-53 but I know a lot of people in more humid environments like the Elixir strings as well...? Is there and advantage to using lighter/heavier strings?
@DenverDJ001 HAHA!!! I swear this morning I was thinking that someone was going to say something at some point since I always have a cap on. I DO keep it chilly in the winter.
I am beginning to play the guitar and I think your tutorials are, in one word, badass :)
Strumming is the hardest thing for me though...I am am wondering if you have tutorials with just strumming basics for an illiterate musician...with counts and such...it might really help me to practice strumming with different counts for different song genres. Thanks!
Thanks friend! That makes me smile. Check out the theory playlist on my homepage. I DO have a video on strumming. The ebook covers it in more detail too.
@bartelslaura - go to his site and pick up the ebook. I've been using it for over a year now and combined with these videos my playing has gone from horrible to (if i may say so) great. Once you have the ebook, print up your fav charts and keep them handy. I too used to struggle with strumming after wasting a year with a finger-picking teacher that thought strumming was below him.
sparks fly pls?? :))

Are you playing a Hummingbird? The pattern on the pick guard looks sorta like it, but I can't tell. And the bridge looks different.
Gdsm9 1 year ago
@Gdsm9 It's a Gibson ej200

i love your guitar.. mine sucks really! planning to buy a new expensive one though.
jade141992 1 year ago
A turn around brings you back to the verse or chorus, but what does the bridge do?
BladerOfHawk 1 year ago
Is there a strumming pattern, or do you just kinda go with the flow and do whateverr ?
