This guy has a personality disorder, People in power have this grandiose sense of power & think they can get away with anything. Very hard to get rid of these disorders. There R drugs that can deal with it, don't know if it ever goes away. This guy sends out crotch photos of himself? Women don't want to see these type of photos! He risks his marriage, career. Deep reasons for this behavior . Hes a political geek that wormed his way in & has nothing to fall back on. Get rid of him.
