I'm not a doctor nor will I ever pretend to be one, but man I think that was a pretty bad technique to give shots. Went in quick which was good, but injected the medicine very fast and didn't give it time to absorb, I mean it looks like more than half of it came out when she removed the needle completely negating the point of the shot in the first place. I mean, even he commented on it and she just blew it off like no big deal, kinda sloppy.
As much as vaccinations are stressful, they hurt far less than getting the illness the vaccine is protecting you against. I had to get a chickenpox vaccine today, in fatty tissue. It only hurts when the fluid is being injected, and even then, it only hurts for a second and a half.
I often ask myself before getting vaccines... Would I like a little pain now or a fuckload of pain later?
Honestly I say take the tetanus shot in the butt. Tetanus shots hurt less in the butt than the arm. I had to get one early this morning beacause I needed stitches and it had been more than 10 years since my last one. Took it in my butt and was not as bad as other tetanus shots I've had in the arm. still hurts though. :( Feels like there is a large nail in my butt.
get the penicilin shot in the ass in air force bmt and you are going to see the ligth at the end of the tunnel,could not walk rigth for a week,and sit!!!

my arm is still sore, and a darn mosquito bit me right in the same place I got the shots, so it itches too.
I hope the skeeter didn't have Malaria, I haven't taken my pills yet.
