This is a great cover. You have a very good voice, one I think is well suited to the song (which I don't think is cheesy at all. ;P ^_^) and you play the song beautifully. All in all, a great rendition. It's very true to the original song, but you definitely added your own touch to it. Good work.

Pretty sweet cover. I plan on doing my own soon, though I'm sure you understand that the range of his voice isn't exactly easy. Maybe I'll do it in G instead...

enjoyed your cover but first time I have heard Tom McRae's music described as cheesy!
He's an English singer songwriter now based in New York most of the time 4 albums to his name: Tom McRae, Just Like Blood, All Maps Welcome and King of Cards. He has a beautiful voice, his lyrics are dark and deep, and attending his gigs is a must - best live artist I've seen. Currently touring Scandinavia, will be touring Scotland and Ireland in November. There are loads of videos of him on youtube.
