Problem is the lower woofer of the tower is cut off at low frequency. this is a problem when using the subwoofer because the amp will send only high and mid frequencies to the towers which means with the crossover in the tower the lower speaker won't be doing shit. This is why I stay away from retail and prefer DIY. I refinished some old solid wood Magnavox two way cabinets and dropped Usher speakers in them (1 1/8 tweeter and 7) and on a seperate amp rum two 10 inch Ushers.

nice crazy setup, in my personal opinion, you should use bigger front and rear. instead of the rf52- i'll upgrade to the RF82 or RF83. and on the rear use the RS-52 or RS62 at last.

pay attention to how you setting up the crossover high pass for the speaker, is very important. and the obviously the calibration of each sub woofer. based on my experience, if you don't have a SPL meter to measure the sound level (db) of each one, buy it. setting up all the main speaker between 75db to 80db

Depends on what you want to do!! If you just want to hear Music, it`s enough, but in this case you should buy a stereo system. If you watch a lot of movies, you should buy a home Theatre system and a Sub is necesary for the Dolby Effects.

Cool setup, although, Klipsch usually gets rated badly in HiFi mags. I have listened to Klipsch. Although bass is powerful, it's a bit lumpy, and not very well timed, although, it is controlled. Also, I find them to lack excitement, they are just aren't quite dynamic enough. They are great for movies though, it's just they struggle with music.

Dude, you have too much bass!!! You shoulda went with the RF83s for fronts and set ur receivers crossover to have bass from towers as well as the 2 10's that would be more than enough. love the 61's, and the RC62.sweet!

I have a large open space and I was getting to many room modes and instead of cranking up the volume on one sub, I decided to get multiple subs to cover the room modes and get solid bass without overdriving the subs. Cleans it up quite a bit.
