Looks delicious, actually. Deep fried in peanut oil and tempura batter. High protien, almost no fat. Grasshoppers are a "super protien" and are completely healthy- unless they are sprayed or eating from vegetation that is covered in poison.
4 those people who were shocked to see people in Kampala enjoy a grasshopper snack, check this video out. grasshoppers are a favorite delicacy in Bangkok , Thailand 2! i would not be surprised if it is one of the ingredients in some American foods 2. try some grasshopper appetizer when in Kampala or Bangkok!
