hello, i've read around the web that you should not use wormwood for a duration of over 4 weeks because of how powerful and dangerous it can be, however you and many others state that you should do some parasite cleanse for 90 days. what do you suggest?
I'm drinking wormwood tea with blupleurum, schizandra, and Pau D'Arco with the aim of liver cleanse + rolling back some Candida & parasites --after day 11 or so I see the development of a red, stinging, non-elevated rash around my underarms and, back shoulder blades and upper chest --does this represent the presentation of the metabolitesOf theYeast die off..? It isBearable, sure, but this is unusual for me.
Perhaps this is progress? I'llJustKeep going like this,I think. It's just day 11 or so.
@blondecrazygaijin as i mentioned before, i'd advise against wormwood tea, and only use tablets, because it's not something you want to accidentally have too much of. It may be a good sign, or it may not. I'd recommend removing the wormwood from the tea, it can be liver toxic.
Reviewed this vid again. Umm...couldn't find the tablets but did find the loose herb very cheaply in a San Francisco herbal outlet. I'm drinking a tea that contains bupleurum, schizandra, m. thistle extract, yellow dock, and wormwood. About 2 tablespoons of the wormwood is what I do each time --pretty arbitrary, yes. I'm on day 7 or so of this protocol.
What is YELLOW DOCK good for...? It was cheap as hell and I heard it's good for a fatty liver so I bought it. >_<

@qwerasdzxc12 small doses over 90days are fine IF your livers healthy. If it's not, work on healing it first.

cleanse rash has diminished considerably. I really think I'm making huge progress.

not a lot. Better to take tablets so you can really control the dosage. I'm a big fan of loose herbs but not with wormwood.
