Yes, it was a kind of cheap camera, and the blue tint is kind of exaggerated. The line on the screen actually is a little blue though, oddly enough. I think it has something to do with the tint of the screen. Simple hack, but really nifty.

Could you feel the X-rays coming off the CRT when you turned up the volume? (:
Seriously tho - it's a neat project, but that screen should be shielded some how. Radiation is not to be fooled with.

That is cool! I'm assuming the wave is blue because of the white balance of your camera.
