There was no history until the white explorers discovered them and recorded what they saw in a written language. Because nonArab Africa had no written language there was no history recorded.

They lived in grass and mud huts and were hunter/gatherers without agriculture, language, invention of the wheel, no textiles, etc.

Their history begins when they are discovered by civilized men went exploring the dark continent and the civilized men recorded their findings.

in California we have prop 209. in November 1996, amended the state constitution to prohibit public institutions from considering race, sex, or ethnicity. So that means the end of affirmative action which also means all the students that attendend UCSD are there because of their own merit!
