@angolai A tiny bit once in a while is ok, but it's carbs that rabbits don't naturally wouldn't eat. Carbs turn into sugar which can mess up a rabbit's gut flora balance and cause things like soft sticky poops and excess cecatrophs (those stinky, soft poops that look like grapes that rabbits eat and redigest). It's always best not to give anything with sugar or carbs like cookies & breads. The best treats are herbs like cilantro, parsley, and lovely grasses & dandelions. cocoa3c aka ahhhtube

@angolai yes, bunnies much like people have sweet tooths..lol, and other bad foods they get addicted too. They just need a good quality pellet without any seeds or corn in them, good grass hay, lots of fresh grasses and weeds, and in the winter leafy green veggies and herbs. lucky the bad food they got sometimes wasn't fatal for them, our dwarf-rabbits are 7 years old now, even the one that was addicted to Nesquick when it was a baby, lol

(I was pretty young too back tn, so I didn't consider about the fact choco might be bad for them. I thought it was also good for rabbits cuz it had a rabbit on the cover.. lol)

@angolai I hear you! my Cocoa adored chocolate chip cookies...I would give him a tiny piece, that's before I knew much about rabbit care. If I wanted a cookie I had to hide in the bathroom with the bag to get one out, because he would go nutty trying to get some. Seven is the beginning of senior bunhood...that's a pretty good ge. They can live quite long now...dwarfs tend to live a long time. My Cocoa was 14 when he passed away.
