  • I was at that show. I had a great time being in that musical moment, feeling it mix with a lifetime of memories. My sisters were big Beach Boys fans. I remember feeling all this love for them as the music played. No matter what bad times came, we could put on a record and make things a little better. I played Pet Sounds as I was driving to my dad's funeral. Music is magic. It brings back the past vividly, but is so present that you can't live in the past.
