  • god damn, now i have my project done ths m8 :)

  • Great video

  • thanks this helps me project

  • that helped my homework thanks :D

  • GEOTHERMAL IS THE FUTURE.

  • Good video. Just one problem with Wind energy that contradicts what you said about fossil fuels being bad. Did you know that when wind turbines do not have wind to power them, they have to use jet fuel? Just wanted to point that out to you.

Good video though. I'm going to use a simliar to process to make my next 2 videos.

  • thank you so much this helped me with my project a lot

  • Yup, I'm pretty shure the average person can afford a 21.5 trillion dollars for a windmill. They can also use dams. Which is even more. Oh, and also solar panals. NOT

  • @Varyalover oh ok, lets just continue using fossil fuels...NOT

  • Solar and wind never become viable. Society needs massive amounts of energy due to large populations.Wind turbines are only being built because of goverment subsidies. They are a disaster, cost more then a nuclear plant (installed $/kw) capacity factors of only about 25%(see DOE statistics) , their induction generators are causing grid problems, they take up massive amounts of land. Electric planners rely on only 8% of their capacity for peak loads. Renewables are bad for poor, higher rates.

    Visible_melon

Thank you, BEAM, the Plejaren, everyone at FIGU, and everyone else helping your mission.

It seems as though the catastrophe that you described in contact 469 on the 11th of August 2008, regarding the depletion of oil reserves and losing the ability to transport food and goods, is starting to unfold.

  • @JavierVMaldonado

What can we do, as individuals, and also in a collective way, to prevent or lessen the effects of this catastrophe, if its not already too late?

    BILLY' REPLY:

    1) REDUCE THE HUMAN POPULATION THROUGH A RADICAL BIRTHRATE CHECK.

    2) USE THE EARTH'S UNDERGROUND HEAT FOR PRODUCING HEATING AND ENERGY

(= DIRECTLY USE OUR PLANET'S INNER CORE'S HEAT WHICH IS ABUNDENTLY AVAILABLE AND CAN BE USED WITHOUT ANY HARMFUL CONSEQUENCES).

  • @JavierVMaldonado

    3) DEVELOP POWERFUL, SMALL (LITHIUM BASED?) BATTERIES FOR ELECTRICALLY-DRIVEN VEHICLES.

  • I'm going to borrow some of your ideas for making my vids. I'll be sure to put your name for your credit

  • cool video

  • For the last 50 years Govern-Mentalists lied to us about becoming independent from OIL now they are waring over it.

  • Why should all these wind power locations ignore solar and geothermal power alternatives? Are wasting your resources the major income resources for our existing industrialists? What about those high speed trains? They occupies a lot of your invaluable landscapes if you don't design more compact and robust designs for electricity generating devices that can be polled up easily. You should lobby your govt to deploy these devices as basic requirement for your high speed trains.

  • What about geothermal electricity?

  • Many countries are now aware of the many benefits of wind turbines in generating electricity. It doesn't contaminate the environment aside from the fact that wind energy has unlimited resources. In this case, we can expect that the supply of energy is never ending. One good thing is that, this resources is just for free.

  • Great video. The song of this is magical. What's the song name please ?!

  • Great video. The song of this is magical. What's the song name please ?!

  • Great Video :) I'll be having a long test tomorrow :)

  • lots of great points BUT who thinks wind turbines are beautiful art, they are carbuncles of ugliness, blots on the landscape. Among all the people i know who are enviromentalists see them as necessary evils not art.

  • @JOOGAL1111 They provide clean energy, would you rather see a cloud of black smoke from coal burning ,,,I think they look cool

  • @robrice2004 they provide clean astronomically expensive electricity. They are expensive to run, prone to breakdowns and require huge government subsidies just to break even. Coal may be bad but all the money pumped into wind farms could clean the emissions of a lot of coal powered stations.

  • @JOOGAL1111 I own a wind turbine and solar panels and they provide all my energy needs. And when we run out of coal what do we do, your saying dont even try just burn the oil and the coal,,,well sorry but thats not the way I do things I hope to not be a part of the globel warming problem or buying oil from other countries but a part of the solution and for that I would pay 10 times the amount but as it is I pay about the same or maybe a little more for clean energy, its well worth it to me.....

  • @robrice2004 well lucky you, the only problem with that is, i stay in Scotland where the sun is in short supply. So solar,s out and like the huge majority of people i cant afford my own wind turbine. As for subsidies the government is propping up (pun intended) the entire wind turbine industry. If tories turn of the cash good bye industry, on the other hand oil would still be there minus the small subsidies they get.

  • @JOOGAL1111 A lot of people in canada us solar, I'm sure that its about the same as it is there in scottland

  • @JOOGAL1111 by the way we give goverment subsidies to the oil companies to.....

  • @robrice2004 on the subject of wind turbines i believe china is the biggest producer s they have the specialist minerals required for the turbines in abundance. Causing massive environmental damage in china so westener,s can sit smug about there turbines. There,s a excellent video about it on google video cant remember the name. You should check it out before dislocating your shoulder patting yourself on the back about green lifestyle really opened my eyes. TTFN

  • @JOOGAL1111 Dude your about as dumb as rock,,,,,It doesnt take a lot to make a tubine its a tower with a generator on it,,,and subsidies for oil, coal and tubines is about the same 4 billion for each of them and less than a billion for solar in the U.S. for your little island you better think quick about an alternitive cause your shits gone....or you better suck up to them dam arabs for 10 or 20 more years tell there oils gone to....

  • @robrice2004 the giant wind farms your type favours are made in china for the reasons i stated. Causing massive environmental damage to that country, which you dont give a shit about judging by your racist attitude to arabs i suppose dem damn chinks can fuck themselvs as long as your ok. Wind and solar aint the answer look at germany and spain, there experiment in it has been a huge financial disaster. If you think coal and oil are running out in 10 or 20 years your nuts coal reserves are huge.

  • @JOOGAL1111 Thats bull,,,It doesnt hurt the envirment to make turbines any more than it does to make towers for electric wires,,,thats pretty much what they are if big towers with a generater,,it doesnt matter who makes them,,,,as far as oil goes nobody knows what the reserves are and them dam arabs aint gonna let anybody know tell the last minute,,,,as far as coal if you take a drive thru pennsylvania or west virginia and see where they taken down mountains for coal

  • @robrice2004 both the usa and canada have huge untapped oil reserves and the big thing now is the rush for natural gas which is the wave of the future not wind, unless solar and wind become affordable to the masses. Ps Scotlands climate is fuck all like canada. i come from a mining community before it was shut down by do gooder eco loons influencing the government policy, We are sitting on a shit load of coal thats untouched. What good are turbines and solar on overcast windless days. GOODBYE

  • @JOOGAL1111 Well OK thats fine you go ahead and burn your coal and oil and just maybe your right it wont hurt the invirament tobad and when it runs out then your grand kidds can figure it out,,ya just push it off onto them well mabe you dont have kidds so you want have to worry about that either, but for some people like me I beleave there could be a chance that this attitude could make it very hard for people to exsist on earth in the future

  • @robrice2004 technology will be lightyears ahead of what t is now who knows what we,ll be using for energy in 30 years time, one thing i,m certain of it wont be wind coal oil or gas maybe high tec solar nuclear fision reactors. Necessity is the mother of invention not eco loon hippies living in the past. I know people who cant pay there electricity or gas bills old pensioners freezing to death n winter because of fuel costs. Your type wants it more expensive. Hang your head in shame or wise up.

  • @JOOGAL1111 well I'm sure your hippy friends that cant get a job wont blaim that on the money the goverment spends for solar and wind turbines,,,so if all the people in the world die from global worming thats ok if that happens but if some people have to suffer for 10 or 20 years for technology to catch up,,,I think it would be better for your hippy friends to suffer than to destroy the world and kill us all, so you hang your head in shame for trying to kill us all

  • @robrice2004 i dont have hippy friends just people trying to get through our worst winter for a 100 years worrying about paying bills. Global warming s so much bullshit, o dear a 100 years from now this might happen who gives a fuck, Your type of arsehole will still be here in a hundred years on the streets wearing your the end is nigh sandwich board selling the next eco scare story. I gave up believing them after the next ice age scare the acid rain the hole in the ozone. Last words yours TTFN

  • @JOOGAL1111 as far as coal if you take a drive thru pennsylvania or west virginia and see where they taken down mountains for coal or in the middle of chicago and see the big canyon about a mile down digging for coal ya thats attractive I'd rather see wind turbine,,,,,,,,,

  • @robrice2004 sorry forgot about the new one to, ocean acidification, geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzz aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

  • @JOOGAL1111 Oh ya what about the oil rigs out in the oceans and on land look at the ruins left behind in venevuela once the oil was gone they just left everything.....what about the big michinery it takes to chop down mountains for coal,,,it doesnt matter your openion is the majority your like everybody else nobody really cares about what they do or leave behind,,as long as you can live your life style and not have to suffer not doing without

  • I have an EXAM! this really helps thank you sooooo much :) :):):

  • This is a great compilation of images and information. The information has been presented in a way that is easy to understand; the accompanying graphics couldn't have been more apt.

  • i've thought about solar panel cars this is not visable if the homeless destitude and poor realize a panel goes for close to 10 000 bucks i know i would get into the bussiness of solar panel remarketing buy stealing them!

  • you have a nerdy voice faggot

  • @cpretartedmuch

will you ever stop to QQ about everything you 10year old girl.

    jeesh, troll much?

  • @me262f4fantom stfu cunt

  • I used this to show my class a non-credible link..... Not saying what you said is not correct info, I just compared you to a National Geographic video haha..... Overall, Nice presentation! Bet you got an A.

  • what's the song name?? thanks.

  • thanks dude. I have an exam tomorrow!

  • Alternate energy sources are the future...China, Europe and the United States has many projects underway and many in the pipeline. This will give a boost to the economy and will help build a clean environment. Transformer company, Pacific Crest Transformers has more on this... It manufactures liquid-filled distribution transformers that are eco-friendly.

  • Just to be clear to those who think our planet is the only of its kind not true at all mars WAS once as ours is now and our WILL be as mars is today :) Although might be sometime might be this December umm there is one thing they & you all have wrong the Mayan's did indeed prodict the end of a period and it was not 2012 but..........2010 So when things start then don't blame me for not telling someone trust me I know my aunt gave me a t-shirt and made me remember don't ask y she just did.

  • Great Video. You did an Awesome job breaking down the information and making it understandable. I hope you got an A.

  • It is so sad they build these things. They kill birds and bats. When they provide power, they just put another power plant on standby, meaning the power plant still burns fuel but doesn't provide power. They put the power plants on standby because the power the provide fluctuates and it takes 2-3 days to restart a coal-fire power plant. Wind and solar wont work with our grid and current technology. Investments in solar and wind only increase everyone's electric bill.

  • To{knightmascara (1 week ago) }

You're telling people to wake up?Do you have any clue what's happening to our planet?True this change to alternative may be costly but if more people take the time and incentive it will become cheaper. You need a wake up call yourself. There is less than 30 years left of carbon based burning fuels and the time we have now is a minute compared to the eternity of the earth. We need to act now.

  • beautibrit18 - I've been on this earth for quite awhile now so yes I have a clue. And I have a clue about you. You are not seasoned like me. You assume that I have no clue, par for the course for young person such as yourself with dreams of alternative energy. Alternative energy is good but how is it alternative if it is more cost? I guess it ain't alternative. And your fact of us running out of fuel in 30 years is laughable.

  • knightmascara every 8 year old knows that fossils fuels are going to run out in less than 100 years fossil fuels are made from the remains of plants and animals compressed over millions of years but we aren't giving natures own way of making fossil fuels enough time so fossil fuels are rapidly depleting and most likely fossil fuels will run out seeing how fast earths population is growing already oil and fuel prices are on the rise and soon enough we wont have them anymore

  • Alternative energy costs three to five times more than conventional energy such as coal, gas, hydroelectric and atomic.

Are you willing to pay for those alternative fuels. I am not. And I am opposed to our government appeasing the green people by having the taxpayers and end users of electricity pay for this folly.

We've seen this in the 1970s. And what happened? People discovered there was no payoff. Even though the physicists said there was no such thing as a free lunch.

    WAKE UP PEOPLE!

  • Today People are "waking up" that many of the power source's we use today are harmful to the planet we live on. The countless accident's that could have been prevented is only not coming up to a conclusion that "hay mabye this isn't the best way". The Venus Project is a design by a person who has had a dream about making our future better, now it is a great study group and we are hoping to gain Ground.

  • Venus Schmenus. Wait till they wake up to energy bill that is ten times more than what they pay now.

    Anyone can dream.

If there was a better way market forces would have prevailed. Solar is not practical until you can go to Ace Hardware and purchase a panel that will compete with the price of conventional energy.

There are a lot of things that are harmful in life. Energy is not on that list. Crossing the street could be harmful so should we eliminate roads? RU an EcoFreako?

  • Hi Knight, EcoFreako? Explain please.

You like myself live on a Planet...A Very Rare one at that. We may still be here for a very long time...But we should have at the very least ,respect for where we tread our feet knight. Young or old, I Have seem some Dream's Pummel the Elder older folk's countless time's. The Younger Generation Only need's history, Experience, and training from them to get us further on the road to something new. Oil and Gass are not renewable.

  • Looking to the future what may happen if we run out of Gas and oil...We have Solar for light energy...Wind for another kind. But what happens when the light goes out...We move to planet's with no wind? If we Plan sooner and develop New and better, safer, renewable energy That Also Lower the damage's we've done to our planet witch if we can reverse it...we may have longer healthier lives in the future Knight. I donno how old you are, but Age means nothing on this matter. I hope your not a biggot.
