there is a lot easier way for that just download the Testversion of Fraps and then record the part where ur shooting and then drag it into Sony Vegas Press shift+u on the video and u can delete the video without the sound and you have the sound.

I have a problem. When I play the video and do the exect same thing as you are doing. But it doesn't record any sound. Headset is unplugged. Don't using cl_avidemo or something else like that. All the other things of sound of but sound forge doesn't record any sound... Please help :*(

kk so soundforge records sound off your cod demos, but dyou need a microphone to record or does it record the sounds that are being played?

Im able to record the sound but it comes laggy, like the way i watch it while im avidemo, its like all the clip is in slow motion =(
