You know that you MUST install the homebrew channel on the wii. You can't copy it from a another wii, copy it to sd card and run it. That's not working.
the problem is, when a channel is on the sd card it launches it from the wiis save data so you need to have the homebew channel on your wii and copy it to your sd card. do move it, copy it.
