I'm not quite sure why ignorant Bulldog fans don't study the all-star coaching staff and returning players that will be carrying Florida along next season -- As well as the freshmen that played last season and really shined (Trey Burton, Jordan Reed, Sherif Floyd, etc.)

this is why you guys didnt go to the BCS title game: lack of quality wins+ loss to south carolina(whom LSU beat) , strength of schedule makes a big difference. you are correct though, the poll system succks, but at the same time, how is a playoff gonna fix it? what will happen if you lose to an unranked team in the first round of the playoffs? Everyone will be complaining how you shouldnt have been playing that team in the first place. no change will work, so face it

thats why they need to stop preranking teams b4 the season starts thats just fucking stupid and u could take the best team from 8 top conferences and have a playoff its that simple and you can play these games in the same places where they would have the big bowls that draw money and nobody can argue who the best is in their conference wehn the champs are decided like the sec champs of last year florida,,, i hate florida but they were the best in the sec last year

but here's wut i am saying.... yes, the bcs doesnt work, but a playoff wont work for a couple of reasons: 1, some conferences are weaker than others, and 2, what happens when a team like florida gets beat by a west virginia team? u dont think they wont start complaining then about teams not deserving to be there? there will be an uproar! just like it is now.... keep the current system in place.

some are weaker than others i will agree but they have at least a couple of good teams in each so why are they left out i mean hell utah went undefeated and they were overlooked and hey if west virginia beats florida then they deserved to be there and anybody who watches florida play would know they deserve to be in a playoff format and it wouldnt be as big of an uproar as it is now keep the current system in place? okay but still no one has been dubbed as the best of any year

thank you for being so much more cordial. but i just dont see the playoff system working either. hell, it would make sense, but i just believe the same bitching from coaches and fans alike would continue, just cuz of seeding and who does and who doesnt get in. the basketball tourny works because it has 64 teams. you cant put 64 football teams in a tournament, that's too much, and so is 32. so how do u decide who gets in?

you cant take a weak pac10 team who plays in a weaker conference over a stron sec team who plays in a stronger conference! it's easier to have a better conference record in conferences like the WAC, the MWC, and the pac10, so how would u decide that?

it aint gonna happen... there will never be a playoff system for two reasons. 1: if there is a playoff system, coaches who were benefitted by the bcs will not let that happen, cuz that's where all the money is. and i'm sorry, i have never seen georgia a worthy team of playing for a national title. the playoff won't work because people will still be complaining about that at some point to, because their team loses to an unranked opponent
