@EvanLuther i see what you are saying but we just didn't elaborate enough in the trailer. in future plans for a film about this "to be payed" is not necessarily money. its often resources and other essentials the people have to offer that the mercenaries accept. both sides have the ability to acquire these, just in different ways. also its perceived that the mercenaries establish a set of morals that eventually leads to them leaning to one side more than the other.

@fourdoorscloser I actually used two seperate programs for editing this. I used sony vegas pro for cutting, editing, and adding sound/music to the video. for all special effects (including muzzle flashes, muzzle light, blood, dirt, etc..) i used adobe after effects. both of these programs are very far from being free but they work wonders :)

Wow this was awesome guys, really good. I showed this to sevral other guys in my film class at school and they loved it. I was just woundering how you got the mussel flashes. I already know how to do them I just want to know how you got the flash, is it stock footage or did you male it yourself.

@SortOfAlrightMedia thanks man :) and ya i actually made them myself. i am guessing you are talking about like when the people light up because of the muzzle flash? if so, i use a program called Adobe After effects. It is an AMAZING special effects program and i barely know how to use it. what i did was mask out a certain portion of the person and surrounding areas and lit that up seperately than the film. and then i just feathered it to make it look natural. hope this helped and thanks!
