In Vista just give game and your trainer:

both Admin rights ,and both compatibilite mode on windows xp sp2.

than just start trainer first in admin mode,than game in admin mode.

A trainer is a third party program that applies "cheats", it uses hotkeys to input the cheats into the game instead of having to type them, most trainers also have more cheats available than were offcially made for the game
